hale of a Tale is the creation of Marcia Kaplan. Marcia brings years of experience as the manager of a children's bookstore. Through Whale of a Tale, she shares her her expertise as well as her love and passion for children's and young adult books. She currently offers services to parents and teachers, helping them to enrich children's lives through reading. From helping new parents and grandparents pick the perfect first books, to making suggestions to homeschoolers on how best to use books in their programs, to assisting experienced teachers in finding new and forgotten trade titles that would be perfect for their curriculum, Marcia has an answer for any book need.
She offers book talks, book synopsiums, book selection and recommendations, personalized sales, out-of-print book acquisition, and gift baskets.
